The West Bridgford Liberty Singers are a community choir made up of adults. Meeting (roughly) every other Monday at Lutterell Hall in West Bridgford, we learn and sing pop songs from across the decades. There are no auditions and no need for previous experience as everything is taught is an easy to follow way, by ear. You definitely don’t need to be able to read music.
New members are welcome at the start of each term. Fees are £5 per session with a £5 admin fee payable after the first session. We provide refreshments during the break and ask that you bring your own mug along to make tea.
Our next intake date is Monday 7th January. If you’re planing to come along, please get in touch either through email firstname.lastname@example.org or by joining the Facebook group ‘The West Bridgford Liberty Singers’ where you can mark yourself as attending in the events section. We will be learning 5 new songs the term so it’s important that you make it to the first session. If you miss it, the next intake will be in April. If you’re desperate to sing before then, there are other sessions running including a pop up choir in West Bridgford and workshops which are both open to non-choir members.
